Yay!

We found out today that our homeowners insurance will cover the damage done in our downstairs bedroom.  Yippeeeee! The deductible is far less than the worst case scenario given by the contractor.  Feels as though a huge weight has been lifted.

Now if the fog would clear out of my brain life would be peachy.
